The 150F Interlockable Ceiling System is a versatile open-joint linear ceiling solution designed for modern architecture that demands clean lines, fast installation, and easy access. This system features 150mm wide panels with a box profile and sharp square edges, offering a visually seamless and uniform appearance across large ceilings. Each panel locks side-by-side into adjacent panels through an interlocking tongue-and-groove edge system without overlapping, leaving a consistent 10–20mm open groove between panels. Fabricated from high-quality galvanized steel or aluminum alloy, these panels are lightweight yet highly durable and corrosion-resistant.

Designed for fast installation and efficient maintenance, the panels are clipped onto a specially designed carrier system using spring clips, allowing for easy removal and reinstallation. The surface is finished with a 60–80 micron polyester powder coating for long-term color retention and resistance to wear, with optional finishes like PVDF or woodgrain. Acoustic variants are also available with perforation options and non-woven acoustic fleece backing to meet sound control requirements. The 150F ceiling is ideal for commercial buildings, transport terminals, and public spaces requiring functional elegance and easy integration with lighting, fire, and HVAC systems.
