The Clip-In Tile Ceiling System is a premium concealed grid ceiling solution designed to offer seamless surface finish with high durability and easy service access. It features precision-formed square or rectangular metal tiles that clip directly into a concealed spring tee carrier, creating a smooth, monolithic ceiling appearance without visible joints or grid lines. Available in standard sizes of 600×600mm, 300×1200mm, 1200×600mm, and custom dimensions upon request, the system supports a wide range of applications, from commercial offices and retail stores to healthcare and transportation facilities.
Each tile is made from high-quality galvanized steel or aluminum alloy with a standard depth of 20mm and surface finishes including polyester powder coating, PVDF, or anodized options. Acoustic variants are available with perforated patterns backed by non-woven fleece or acoustic liners. The concealed carrier system allows for downward demounting via special tools, making it easy to maintain HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems above the ceiling. With fire-resistant, moisture-resistant, and anti-bacterial coating options, the Clip-In system meets stringent building and performance standards for modern interiors.
